There are a number of ways to locate your iPhone's MEID and IMEI numbers. Access the iPhone's 'About' Screen

Connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable. Allow iTunes to automatically launch.

Tips
If you still have the original packaging, the identification numbers can also be found printed on a barcode label affixed to the outside of the box.
If you do not have access to a computer and your iPhone is not operable, you can locate the numbers on the phone itself as well. Your IMEI is engraved on the back of the case near the bottom. Your MEID number is simply the first 14 digits -- disregard the last digit.

Only devices manufactured before the ESN supply was exhausted will have an ESN number assigned. If your iPhone was manufactured after 2008, it will have an MEID instead.
